Social media is an effective campaign tool in the modern digital age and plays an integral role in getting our message out to Canadians. That being said, social media strategy and conduct can make or break a campaign/party. The PPC promotes positive social media etiquette that reflects positively on the Party while also allowing members to express themselves online. In recent elections, the media and opposition parties have dug through years of content on the social media profiles of candidates in an attempt to find material that discredits both the party and the individual.
