Geo-Engineering?

Updated: Feb 19, 2024

Jeff Galbraith, PPC candidate of record for Mission-Matsqui-Abbotsford

February 12, 2024

Hello and Good Day everyone.

We have, for the majority of us, heard the term Geo-Engineering. For some, it may mean weather management or manipulation.

"Agreement Between Canada and the United States of America Relating to the Exchange of Information on Weather Modification Activities (E103819 - CTS 1975 No. 11)" (LINK https://www.treaty-accord.gc.ca/text-texte.aspx?id=103819)

What you are seeing is a magnet with some type of magnetic dust particles attached. This is the residue left behind after a snowfall. I noticed it lying atop the snow that covered my third-floor balcony. Once the snow melted and I remembered I had a magnet, I decided to check out what I had been hearing from various alternative media services. Some organizations are being authorized to "create" weather patterns through the officials who are supposed to be serving the interests of the citizens.

Now, all I know is that this is some type of metallic substance, and will have it tested by a nonpartisan and non-government research facility to ensure the accuracy of the findings.

The particles are so minute that they could be breathable and yet we don't hear anyone from the government or its regional health authorities telling us to mask up ad nauseam. Why is that?

How come nobody in government or the mainstream media, is saying anything about this? It wasn't that difficult to notice.

Could this actually be a culprit in regard to numerous breathing afflictions?

I, myself have often wondered what is with the numerous jets flying overhead leaving behind endless trails of white "exhaust", that can be started and stopped with a flick of a switch. Not just one or two jets, yet several lining the sky like a tic-tac-doe board. Then within hours or a day, a change in the weather arrives. Could they be the mechanisms unleashing this substance onto an unsuspecting population around the country?

Now I don't know about anyone else, yet I have come to the realization that the weather people, over recent times, have become more correct on their prognostications. Are they foretelling with more accuracy what the future holds in store for the population? Now, I know some will come back and say it all has to do with new technologies, yet for me, there are too many unknowns.
